Who Can Use 99awln

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place any wager on 99awln. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws that apply to you.

Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one active account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same device, payment method or identity, we may close all duplicate accounts and void any pending or completed bonuses tied to them.

Accurate Registration Details

Your name, date of birth, phone number and payment details must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Account Security

Deposits and Payments

99awln processes deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits typically clear within 5 minutes after confirmation from your payment provider.

We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account must belong to the registered player. Any deposit made from a name that does not match the account holder may be reversed.

Withdrawals and Limits

Withdrawal requests are processed within 37 minutes on average. First-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour while KYC is confirmed. Funds are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.

Withdrawals will not be processed until outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. If a withdrawal is requested before requirements are cleared, the bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 235% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳6,000. The bonus is credited to your account automatically after the qualifying deposit clears.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a 23× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳200 deposit with a ৳470 bonus means a wagering target of ৳15,410 (combined ৳670 × 23).

Reload and Cashback Bonuses

A 14% reload bonus is available on eligible top-up deposits. A daily cashback of 1.2% is applied to net losses. Cashback credits carry the same 23× wagering requirement as the welcome bonus.

Referral Bonus

Referring a new player earns ৳250 once the referred player makes a qualifying deposit. The referral reward is non-withdrawable until the 23× wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus credits expire after 7 days if wagering is not completed.
• 99awln reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided without compensation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), Passport or Driving Licence. Our team reviews submitted documents within 2 hours during normal operating hours.

We may also ask for proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history). Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary account hold.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 99awln:

• Using bots, scripts or automation tools to influence game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in live games or card games.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses more than once.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent location or account restrictions.

Accounts found in violation of fair-play rules may be suspended immediately. Balances associated with rule violations may be forfeited pending investigation. We cooperate with payment providers and relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

Platform Liability

99awln provides gaming services on an "as available" basis. We work to maintain continuous uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses that result from temporary service outages, network failures on the player's end, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) operated by our game providers — Spribe, PG Soft, Playtech, CQ9 and KA Gaming. We do not control individual game outcomes. Published RTP percentages reflect long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns per session.

Our maximum liability to any player for any single claim is limited to the net balance in that player's account at the time of the incident.
