Opening and Managing Your Account

Registering at 99awln takes under two minutes. Open the registration form at /99awln-register/, enter your mobile number, choose a password and confirm your age. You must be 18 or older to create an account — this is a firm requirement, not an optional checkbox.

Each player may hold only one account. If the system detects duplicate accounts linked to the same device, mobile number or payment wallet, both accounts may be suspended and any pending bonuses cancelled. If you have an old account you no longer use, contact support before opening a new one.

To update your mobile number or email address, go to Account Settings and follow the verification steps. Changes to your registered payment method require KYC clearance first — see the KYC section below.

Logging In and Password Issues

Go to /99awln-login/ and enter your registered mobile number and password. If you are on the app, the login screen appears automatically on first launch after installation.

Forgot your password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an OTP via SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. The OTP expires in five minutes, so complete the step promptly. If you do not receive the SMS within two minutes, check that your mobile number is correct and try again, or contact 24/7 Live Chat.

Account locked after failed attempts

After several consecutive failed login attempts your account is temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes, then try again with the correct password. If the problem continues, use the "Forgot Password" flow or contact Live Chat directly.

Deposits: Amounts, Methods and Timing

99awln accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Most deposits arrive in your game wallet within 5 minutes.

• Open the Deposit page inside your account.
• Select bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Bank Transfer.
• Enter the amount and follow the on-screen payment instructions.
• Keep the transaction ID — you will need it if you raise a dispute.

If your deposit is still pending after 10 minutes, do not send a second payment. Take a screenshot of your mobile banking confirmation and contact Live Chat with the transaction ID and timestamp. Duplicate payments are refunded, but this can take additional time to resolve.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The daily withdrawal limit is ৳200,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 37 minutes. For first-time withdrawals, allow up to 1 hour while KYC is confirmed.

Withdrawal requests submitted between 10 PM and 6 AM (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+06) may take slightly longer due to lower staffing on the payment processing side. Requests are still accepted 24/7.

Your withdrawal must go to the same wallet or bank account that you used for your deposit. 99awln does not send funds to a third-party account. This policy is in place to protect players from fraud.

Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Submit one of the following documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport or Driving Licence. Upload clear photos (both sides for the NID) through the Verification section in your account dashboard.

The review team completes most KYC checks within 2 hours during business hours. You will receive an in-app notification when verification is complete. If your submission is rejected, the notification will explain what needs to be corrected — the most common issue is a blurry or cropped image.

You do not need to repeat KYC for every withdrawal. Once your account is verified, the status remains unless you change your registered details.

Bonuses, Wagering and Cashback

Your first deposit qualifies for a 235% welcome bonus, capped at ৳6,000. So if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive ৳2,350 in bonus funds, giving you ৳3,350 to play with. The bonus and deposit combined must be wagered 23 times before withdrawal. The wagering window is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Reload and cashback

Existing players receive a 14% reload bonus on qualifying top-ups. A daily cashback of 1.2% is applied automatically to net losses from the previous day — no opt-in required. Refer a friend and earn ৳250 once they make their first qualifying deposit.

Which games count toward wagering?

99awln App for Android

The 99awln Android app (version 2.4.10) is a free APK download — it is not listed on the Google Play Store. The file is 41 MB and requires Android 8.0 or higher.

1. Visit /99awln-app/ on your Android device.
2. Tap "Download APK" and wait for the file to save.
3. Open your Downloads folder and tap the APK file.
4. If prompted, enable "Install from unknown sources" in your phone's Security settings — this is a standard Android step for apps outside the Play Store.
5. Complete installation and log in with your existing 99awln credentials.

iOS is not currently supported. The mobile browser version works on Safari and Chrome on iPhone — bookmark 99awln.ws to your home screen for a near-app experience.
